Hi! My name is
Iman Sadeghi!
[ ايمان صادقي
] My first name, Iman,
means faith or strong belief in
something. And, Sadegh, means honest so
my last name means related to honesty! Well, I
assume myself as an honest person and I am
looking to find my faith!
I was born in Feb, 1984 in a mega city called
Tehran the capital
city of
Iran. So, I am
Persian and I speak
Farsi. Be sure to check my

I grow up in Tehran and after elementary
school I have been accepted to Allame Helli
middle school. The
Center of
National Organizations for Development of
Exceptional Talents.

I got my B.Sc. in
Computer Engineering form
Sharif University of
Technology, Tehran, Iran in 2006 while I was
maintaining the highest GPA in the department. I
applied to some universities in North America
and after comparing their admission offers
and etc. I decided to come to the
sunny San
Diego!
Right now I am a 2nd year Ph.D. student at
CSE
department of
University of California, San Diego.
Currently, I
work in the
Graphics Group at UCSD with Prof.
Henrik Wann Jensen and Prof.
Matthias Zwicker, and also in the
VisGroup at
Calit2 with
Prof.
Falko Kuester.
