Antialiasing and Basic Depth of Field

For the AA, I jitter my primary rays on a uniform grid per pixel grid of a chosen size. A 4x4 grid proved to be sufficient for general antialiasing needs. Depth of field is implemented using the simple camera jitter method as well. It turned out to be really slow and cumbersome to get the effect I wanted.
